Tuition Fees

All tuition fees must be paid prior to the start date for the programme of study applied for. Details on tuition fees are provided in the qualification section.

2024 Fees

Study and Employment Pathways for Health Sciences (Level 4) $2,432 including GST

NZ Diploma in Health Science (Level 5) $4,864 including GST

NZ Diploma in Holistic Nutrition (Level 6) $9,832 including GST

Other Fees

$100 per academic year of study or per new enrolment

Materials, Books and Examination Fees

Fees and textbook requirements vary by programme. For details refer to Our Programmes section.

The materials and examination fees cover printing, packaging and courier of study material, materials used at workshops (food, herbs, remedies etc.), tutor time for examinations and the like.

Prior Learning/Cross Crediting

The fee for Recognition of Prior Learning is $100 per course that is recognised up to the value of $500 (5 courses).

To go through the Recognition of Prior Learning Process you will initially be invoiced for a $100 admin fee. This helps to cover the time taken by our team to work through the transcripts and match these against the courses to reach an outcome. If the RPL process is finalised and a person enrols with us the $100 fee that was paid will be taken off the final invoice (1 course will not be charged).

First Aid Certificates

Applies to Advanced Diploma in Health Sciences (Level 7) Students Only

Students completing the Advanced Diploma in Health Sciences (Level 7) are required to hold a current First Aid certificate. You will be required to complete a comprehensive two-day First Aid course (US6400, 6401, 6402) or refresher training as appropriate. The cost of any training is the responsibility of the student. A copy of your valid First Aid certificate must then be sent into NCNZ.

Travel to Attend Workshops

Applies to Advanced Diploma in Health Sciences (Level 7) Students Only

Students are required to make three trips to New Plymouth, once in Year 1 and twice in Year 2 for a five day workshops during each trip.

Attendance is free however students need to cover their travel and accommodation costs. We also recommend students book flexi fares in case something happens and the date changes i.e. Covid-19.
