Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup dried fruit (dates, raisins, cranberry etc)
- 1 cup banana (mashed)
- 1 cup apple and/or pear grated with skin on
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup chopped brazil nuts
- 2 tbsp LSA (linseed, sunflower seeds, almonds)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pumpkin seeds (optional)
Method:
Step 1
Mix rolled oats, dried fruit, banana, apple/pear, coconut, brazil nuts, LSA and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl
Step 2
Gently heat honey on a low heat and then mix in other ingredients
Step 3
Press all ingredients into a tin and cook for 30 minutes at 180°c
Step 4
Let it cool then slice and enjoy!
